I first met Shahnaz in February of this year, I desperately wanted to lose some weight and get fit and judging on poor past efforts, I knew that I would not be able to succeed by doing it alone. When Shahnaz and I first started our training sessions I was literally near breaking point after about 2 minutes of very gentle jogging - red, hot, sweaty and unable to breathe! I absolutely hated running of any kind (I am still not the greatest fan!!!) and thought it would be practically inconceivable to ever think that I would be able to run for 10 minutes, let alone any more!
So far this year, I have completed the 26 mile Bikeathon, cycling around London in just over 2.5 hours and this Sunday I completed a 10km run in one hour 11 minutes. I felt fantastic afterwards and I still can't believe that I managed to do it in such a respectable time (the 10km run was the equivalent of a marathon in my mind!!!). None of this would have been possible without Shahnaz's continued encouragement and support. She pushes me, without putting me off and she also educates me on the 'bigger picture' - giving me nutritional advice and suggesting alternative lifestyle choices I still have a way to go! There is no way that 10 months ago, I would have believed anyone who told me I would be able to complete any kind of run, even a 1 mile fun run!! I have already achieved so much and it is all down to Shahnaz - if I can run, anyone can do anything! I am going to continue to set myself new challenges and targets and I know that with Shahnaz's support and sometimes intense training sessions, I will be able to succeed! She is FAB and comes very highly recommended from someone who used to hate any form of exercise. Thanks Shahnaz :) x

I was looking for a personal trainer to help me shape my body and lose weight. I play rugby and although I am not completely unfit, I felt I wasn't doing the right exercise to get the figure I wanted. After just 4 weeks, although I had only lost 8 lbs, I had lost an amazing 16.5 inches from all over my body. I was thrilled, all my friends and family noticed and commented, thinking I had lost a couple of stone, it is an amazing feeling to have so many compliments.
I am now in the process of keeping the inches off and have learnt a lot about how my body responds to different exercises etc. You can't help but want to go out and buy all the equipment to help your continue with the exercise when not training with Shahnaz.

After 2 months of dedicated persistence with Shahnaz and her fitness/diet and other regimes I managed to drop two dress sizes and become very fit into the bargain.
I really enjoy exercising and have learned how to hold a correct posture and employ fabulous technique when working out.
I cook in a much healthier way and would like to think that I understand food and metabolism processes now!
I would definitely recommend Shahnaz to anyone who seriously wants to get fit and enjoy life…

When I heard about Shahnaz & the boxing training especially designed for women, I was thrilled as I'd never have the courage to attend a class at the gym for the embaressment through lack of co-ordination and my fitness level was appalling.
After only a few weeks of boxing sessions twice a week, I can feel the difference and my level of fitness have improved quite significantly!!! I am amazed how quickly.
Thoroughly recommend Shahnaz.

I thought it'd be a bit of a tight squeeze getting into my wedding gown last month but I stuck to the advice given by Shahnaz and I lost close to a stone in a month that made an enormous difference on my special day! The make up was wonderful and it complemented the new me, I felt like a true princess. Thank you for all your hard work.
