Fab Fitness is for people of any age, I have many clients with various fitness levels and specific goals in mind. Whether it's to lose 4 stone, a few pounds, tone or to improve posture. I have successfully helped all my client achieve their short and long term goals.

My aim is to motivate, encourage and to help achieve your goals in a time scale set by yourself.  Whether you choose to exercise once, 3 x a week or more, a programme can be designed to suit every budget and requirement.

All clients are asked to complete a medical and health questionnaire which will enable me to assess your current health and physical ability and suitability for exercise.

After the initial consultation a short fitness test will be performed to determine your fitness level and only then can an effective exercise programme be designed to suit your individual needs.
