Local to St Albans area rates:

£55 per session 1 x a week
£50 per session 2 x a week
£45 per session 3 x a week

You must pay and book for 10 sessions in advance, NO REFUND is available once you have booked and paid. Cancellations will only be accepted with a 24 hours notice period. You must use your sessions in the time specified at your consultation with the trainer (31 days, 2 months etc) otherwise you will lose them.
